1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Stayyo Flash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Flash bookings are designed for immediate use. Cancellations made within 15 minutes of booking are eligible for a full refund. Beyond 15 minutes, standard hourly rates apply unless otherwise specified by the property partner.
3. User Conduct
Users must maintain the decorum of the property. Any damage to the property or violation of house rules (e.g., loud music, illegal activities) will result in immediate eviction without refund and potential blacklisting from the platform.
4. Identity Verification
A valid government-issued ID must be uploaded and verified before check-in. The name on the booking must match the provided ID. Failure to provide verification will result in check-in denial.
5. Privacy Policy
Your data security is our priority. We only collect information necessary for the booking process and verification. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
